We all needs brain breaks during our long days at home and our good friend Susie Evans has created some fun yoga videos for our schools. Susie is a certified yoga instructor with a background in nursing and with years of experience. She and her husband, Dirk Evans have traveled the world gaining yoga experience and wisdom.
